As Chief Executive Officer of MAN Holdings Amanda is responsible first and foremost for identifying market trends and reviewing properties marked for acquisition. She oversees day-to-day company operations including oversight of project team, comprehensive financial administration, and finally stabilization. The goal with each project is a combination of rehabilitation, renovation and stabilization.
Project Director
Haim has been involved in all aspects of real estate including construction and development. His primary focus is the targeting of new properties for acquisition and management of rehabilitation projects and interface with contractors. His specialized and industry specific knowledge of construction brings a unique ability to undertake comprehensive rehabilitation and renovation projects with extreme financial efficiency.
Strategic Marketing
David’s multifaceted profile combines his education as a lawyer, with over 15 years of international strategic marketing, helping companies grow their revenue organically and through acquisitions.
As Strategic Marketing Director, he is responsible for developing a roadmap, that will assure that value is identified and translated into tangible opportunities. David will choose the optimal way to funnel each projects’ value proposition to the right target audience in a clear, compelling and effective way that aligns with the individual objectives of every project.
